Housing Benefit and Council tax Benefit claim form

• We have the latest DWP HCTB1 landscape version on file, or…
• We have developed our own Portrait version of this form:-
• Our portrait form has been reduced to 24 pages overall and the address position on the first page suits a standard C4 envelope. Colour schemes can either be as per the previous BFI Model Claim Form (blue and yellow) or….
• we can use your own corporate colours.
• Care will always be taken with the artwork - particularly on the background colour where forms are to be scanned through a D.I.P system.
• Colour proofs are despatched within a few days from receipt of your brief, with printing taking approximately 2 weeks from proof approval.

In Year Postal Check form

• Based upon VF guidelines – contains the minimum amount of information required to stay VF compliant.

Review Forms

• These can be shortened versions of the “New Claim Forms” with any number of pages – 4 or 8 pages usually suffice.

Pensioners Claim form

• The DWP launched their version of the Pensioners Claim Form. We took this design, and adjusted the artwork to produce a portrait form, similar in style to our “New Claim Form”.

CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
Change of circumstances “EASY KEEP & REPLY” form

• A double-sided A4 sheet designed to be given to all existing claimants.
• A response is invited for when circumstances change. The easy to use (lick & stick, postage paid) reply method will encourage claimants to report their changes. These responses can then be followed up, to gather more information and/or proof.

PERSONALISATION, ADDRESSING AND MAILING
We have enormous experience in accepting your data, addressing & personalising forms and then mailing to your customers. Barcodes and data can be included and forms can be sent out in standard or “Do Not Re-Direct” envelopes - from “DL” to “C4” size.

• Don’t worry if a Postal Docket book is not available – we can use our own and simply bill you for the postage.

Mailing of Review Claim forms

• Your data is received by us (usually via Email)
• We personalise the face of the benefit form with name, address, reference numbers and barcodes as required, by laser
• Booklets are made up and enclosed in envelopes together with any other supporting literature
• Forms can be returned to you or us for scanning by any D.I.P. system
• You can include as many inserts as you like; including “matched” documents, return envelopes etc. etc.

Notification of Housing Benefit mailings

• Variable numbers of pages for each recipient can easily be catered for.

PLAIN ENGLISH CAMPAIGN CRYSTAL MARK

• We are constantly liasing with (Plain English Campaign) and as such, we receive discounts on the editing of forms and licensing of Crystal Marks. We merely liase with them on your behalf and pass on the discounted costs to you. All forms based upon our standard designs receive further discounts.

TRANSLATION - LARGE PRINT - BRAILLE

• (A full translation service is offered). We will translate as little as one word up to a complete Benefit Claim booklet - in ANY LANGUAGE
• (Large print versions) of your forms can be digitally printed. We can either enlarge your existing document, or preferably resize the form to a specification approved by the R.N.I.B. As little as 1 copy can be ordered !
• (Braille versions) of forms can be produced if required.
• (Audio tapes) – produced for those with impaired sight
